If only I would have known...

So last night Lee ate ice cream with a camping spoon and I'll admit it I laughed at him. It wasn't until this morning when I was hunting for something to scoop up my preferred breakfast, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, that I realized what happened. All of the spoons in our house have disappeared. Well that's not exactly true. I had the wooden spoon or a spoon I just can't figure out left to choose from. It is either the largest soup spoon or a smaller ladel, either way not ideal for cereal. For those of you who are worried that we've been robbed again please don't be alarmed. Turns out months ago I showed Braxton that a spoon and a formula can, oatmeal canister, or a margarine butter tub could be a drum set. I didn't know that my creative fix could mess up my morning! I had looked for an actual spoon too long and the cereal was almost too soggy for consumption. Still ate it! This story does have a happy ending. I was pretty lucky to find most of my little Houdini's "drumsticks." Still on the hunt for the whole set but I scored big with the book box, under his bed, in the garage by the generator and at other random parts of our house! The spoons have been gathered up and thrown into the dishwasher. I think I am done with the cereal ladel. Well actually... :)
